Investing in our future leaders is at the core of what we believe. As part of our Leading by Design capability, we invest in our community through a specialized and subsidized leadership program branded, LifeQuest. Our program holistically and systematically aim towards transforming the lives of students through:

Vision Board Workshop

An interactive and hands-on workshop experience where students are coached to develop a strategic vision board with emphasis on several dimensions inclusive of faith, education, career, wealth, family, lifestyle, and self-care.

Leadership Development

Foundational to the concept of leadership is leading you. We help students to learn the art of mastering personal leadership, through specific skills development such as resilience, adaptability, confidence, and self-awareness.

Goal Setting Workshop

In this guided workshop, students develop a minimum of two (2) to three (3) SMART goals for every dimension identified on their vision board. The SMART goals will be used to coach and mentor through-out the engagement.

Holistic Self-Care

Self-care practices will help students to be successful with their educational goals. We include diverse self-care workshops that encourages students to promote their physical, social, mental, and emotional well-being

Mentorship and Coaching

Our expert professionals will provide 1:1 and group mentorship and coaching sessions to help students overcome limitations to achieving their vision and goals. Workshops are included to support their development.

Brilliant Minds Sponsorship

We recognize that students may need assistance with scholarship to support their educational goals. Where feasible, sponsorship may be provided and is assessed on a case by case basis following a qualification process.

Students will be coached into developing their vision board support by SMART goals, with a built in accountability process to encourage, empower and measure success.

Personal Growth

Students will experience the transformational impact of receiving support that inspires, encourages, motivates, and ignites personal development to achieve more and do more.

Dedicated Support

A team of coaches and mentors will support the student(s) during the engagement period. Professionals in different career disciplines will share real-world experience.

Skills Development

Students will succeed when they develop the relevant personal skills and mindset. We focus on building their resilience, adaptability, self-care, and confidence to achieve life goals.
